NovaOrbit Technologies built the WeatherNow: Live Radar as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by NovaOrbit Technologies at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

We do not use cookies to track you. The app does not set, read, or share any cookie for tracking or advertising purposes, and it does not link data collected in the app with third-party data for advertising, nor share it with data brokers.

Pages such as this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service are opened inside the app in a private, in-memory browsing session. Cookies, local storage, and caches created by those pages are never written to your device and are discarded as soon as the page is closed. There is no cookie consent to accept or refuse, because no cookie is kept.

The app does not show advertising. No advertising SDK is present, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not collected, and there is no cross-app or cross-site tracking — so the app never shows the iOS "Allow tracking" request (App Tracking Transparency).

Location Permission

With your permission, the app uses your device location to show the weather, forecast, air quality and radar for where you are. Your coordinates are sent to our own server and to our weather and map providers in order to produce that information, and to look up the name of the place you are in. We do not store your exact coordinates in our database, we do not use them to identify you, and we do not sell them or share them with data brokers.

You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. If you decline, you can still use the app by searching for a city by name.
